Believed to date from the 18th century, and Category C listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/apex/f?p=1505:300:::::VIEWTYPE,VIEWREF:designation,LB31069 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200372261-the-riggings-4-high-street-earlsferry-elie-and-earlsferry in 1972. The listing includes the quite similar adjoining (on the right) part of the building, which I have accidentally omitted from this photo. Once used as shops, they have both now been converted to dwellings.
