Soho Cottages and Soho House, New Shildon

Built c.1833 for Timothy Hackworth, engineer for the Stockton and Darlington Railway, the two storey section (Soho House) being his residence. The smaller cottages were built for railway workers. The cottages are Listed Grade II, the house Listed Grade II*. Now part of the National Railway Museum.
