Here, two in yer face spring-flowering plants are performing side by side: on the left, a Photinia variety grown for its crimson new leaves ("fast-growing hedge": beware!); on the right the green flowers of a spurge, perhaps Euphorbia robbii. They brighten the approach to Rohan Gardens, a supported living complex in All Saints Road. Photo number 8302028.
