Originally sited at Park Hall, the hospital treated wounded soldiers during World War II. It moved to Gobowen and now specialises in orthopaedic surgery such as hip and knee replacements as well as musculoskeletal medical services with expertise in spinal injuries, bone and tissue cancer, as well as muscular development.
