Green-belt land beside the River Don in Dyce was deemed to be an "opportunity site" in the 2023 Aberdeen City Local Development Plan and this is the result. Rather than using the historic name of Cordyce (South hill), the development has been ostentatiously re-entitled 'Otter Stone Manor.'
