The church of St Peter & St Paul is located beside the main road (The Street) through the village. It is kept locked; even the porch is padlocked and there are no keyholders' contact numbers - visitors and pilgrims do not appear to be welcome here. For more information see: http://www.norfolkchurches.co.uk/halvergate/halvergate.htm Update 2016 - the church is now kept open.
