There are few finer sights in this world than a massive block of concrete like this. The hospital dates back to 1926, but was much enlarged in the late 1960s, architects possibly George, Trew, Dunn & Co.. Currently run by Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It has 800 beds.
