Two visitors from the North Eastern Locomotive Preservation Group (NELPEG) at Hopetown as part of the Titans of Steam Gala (see: https://www.hopetowndarlington.co.uk/plan-your-visit/sdr200/titans-of-steam/ for more information). On the left is Q6 63395 with LNER J27 65894 on the right, both working until the end of steam in the North East as freight locomotives.
