Usual pattern for a 20th century suburb with a car park around the back. Unlike many such facilities it was tidy and fully occupied including a very welcome and popular cafe - I was lucky to get in. 20 years ago there were more shops, I think the Peckham's shown here Image is now the cafe. I miss Peckham's.
