Ings Regeneration, Phase 5: Brownfield land bounded by Balham Avenue, Hurn Close, Yewsley Close, and The Avenue, is due to be redeveloped to provide 84 dwellings, 60% for social, affordable rent from Kingston upon Hull City Council and Together Houses. A grant from the Brownfield Land Release Fund will fund the clearance of redundant utilities.
