Part of a public footpath that runs from King Harry Lane to Bedmond Lane, St Albans. The house and garden to the left are in Parklands Drive, off Mayne Avenue; the footpath runs along the edge of a delightful park, parallel to Parklands Drive then Mayne Avenue.
