Originally built as a granary in the early 18th century and later converted to an Anglican chapel, this building is now used as the village hall. It is thought to be the earliest of the Alnmouth granaries and also that there is some evidence to suggest that it was converted to a corn exchange before it was remodelled as an Anglican chapel in 1859. It is a Grade II Listed building.
