Summerlee Heritage Centre. An open-top double-decker tram of 1908 from Lanarkshire Tramways Company. (This company was set up in 1903 to serve the area to the SE of Glasgow, and at the peak of operations had 28 miles of track. It closed in stages and finally shut down in early 1931 when the company, renamed Lanarkshire Traction Co., replaced the trams with its own buses.)
