Since its time as a long-established and loved business - Ware's Dairy - which sold milk and handmade ice cream from a window to the right of the picture, these premises have hosted a succession of failed ventures, including (surprisingly) a branch of the Cote Brasserie chain. Today, notices on the windows indicate that the present business has been repossessed for non-payment of rent. See Image for the way things were 40 years ago.
