Looking north from Level 7 at the Library of Birmingham, with Cambridge Tower on the left. To the right of the tower are the 1970s Cambrian Hall low rise apartments, student accommodation which is due for demolition and replacement with a dual tower (15 and 34 storeys), according to current plans.
