Bocage landscape at Paradwys

This mixture of woodland and small hedge and stone wall enclosed small fields so characteristic of the Celtic seaboards still survives in the Paradwys area. In many parts of the Ynys Mon hedges have been removed to provide large fields suitable for highly mechanised agriculture.
