Located between Robert Street and Kensington Street and currently containing the retailer Beyond Retro. The current building dates from around 2003 and was a redevelopment of the former Evening Argus print works which had extended to Gloucester Road in the late 1960s. Prior to that it was a public house called The Canteen which had operated from 1876 to 1964 when it was demolished for redevelopment. See https://regencysociety-jamesgray.com/volume25/source/jg_25_181.html for a view taken in 1963.
