The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

It is also a cycle path. The cyclist has just passed under the Kelvin Viaduct, built about 1858 for the Glasgow, Dumbarton and Helensburgh Railway and still in use.
