The Bryn Llan (=church hill) estate was built by the local authority but most of the houses have been purchased by the former tenants under the "Right to Buy" scheme. The bus shelter is on the two-hourly 91 Caernarfon-Dinas Dinlle route which is operated by Express Motors of Penygroes.
