Built in 1822, with a ballroom across the entire upper floor, the Georgian interior is long gone, following a major fire in 1960. The building is serving much of its original function, as the upper floor is now a night club called "Club Angel". The ground floor contains a number of separate businesses. The building had belonged to the borough until 2012, when it was sold to a local businessman.
