Macklands House in Rainham is a retirement housing complex built in 1981. It is on a much older site and the Ordnance Survey Map from before the First World War shows Macklands with a tramway running immediately to the north - https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=17.2&lat=51.37153&lon=0.61958&layers=168&b=1&o=100
