A close-up of the West Riding CC milestone on Cragg Road, B6138. On the top section - MYTHOLMROYD/BLACKSTONE EDGE ROAD/ERRINGDEN. On the bevel but not painted - BRAYSHAW & BOOTH/MAKERS/LIVERSEDGE. One of 615 set up in 1893/94 by Frank Stead & Son who were awarded the contract. The 615 had to be set up in 12 months or the firm would incur a penalty. They didn't incur a penalty! Grade II listed 1229283.
