The pub has lost its Thwaites branding since 2016 Image A local newspaper article in August 2023 confirmed the brewery had sold the property, after it closed in 2021. The local authority website shows no planning or listed building consent applications, but the local branch of CAMRA informs me that the building is currently being used to store rolls of carpets and not trading as a pub.
