The relocation of the American Embassy from Grosvenor Square to south of the Thames at Vauxhall has helped to transform the area. Amongst all the tower blocks is a linear park with water features - see www.geograph.org.uk/photo/7736239 This rather bleak wall nearby has been given some greenery to soften its concrete surface.
