This is the grave of a merchant as the number 4 represents the merchant’s sign. The winged soul at the top is a symbol of immortality representing the human soul of the deceased on the journey to Heaven to await the Day of Judgement. The horizontal hourglass, crossed bones and skull are symbols of mortality.
