I sat on a fallen tree branch here, where the bark has been nibbled off by sheep, weathered off, or been knocked off by the tiny hooves of lambs over the years. The bough was sun warmed. I was sun warmed. I stopped and relaxed, forgot my route and my timescale and just tried to 'be'. The scene was idyllic; warm, isolated, quiet and unspoilt. I had it all to myself, which seemed wrong - it was perfect to share, so I captured it here. I very reluctantly rose and left. I realise I can probably never recapture that moment just as it was. If I ever return..
