Terrace of houses in Institute Walk, a footpath between King Street and Cantelupe Road which ran behind the Jubilee Scientific and Literary Institute. The Institute had opened in 1888 (the name commemorating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee the previous year) and was demolished in 1938.
