Former Frank James Hospital, East Cowes

Built in 1893, as a home for retired seamen called the Frank James Memorial Home, it became a cottage hospital in 1903. It was absorbed into the NHS before closing in 2002, and was sold. At the time this image was taken, it was empty and deteriorating, despite being Grade II listed.
