On the right is an 18th century grade II*(star) listed building of three storeys flanked by two storey wings, the nearer being 'The Traditional Plaice' fish and chips. The building just showing on the right (a sweet shop) has a period enamel sign 'Wood-Milne rubber heels save boot bills'.
