At The Leeway, Phase 3, dwellings are under construction on land west of Middlesex Road. The development is being undertaken by Compendium Living, a company set up and jointly owned by Lovell and Riverside. Depicted is No. 36 Finchley Close (fronting Saltshouse Road), used as the marketing suite for the development. It has recently reopened for this new phase, and the banners are flying.
