Formerly two late 18th century houses, this was Grade II Listed in 1984 as Harrison's Grocers and flat above. There is a planning application that was withdrawn in May 1985 addressed as 43,45 and 47 for the subdivision of shop into three shops and use of unit No. 2 for hot and cold food takeaway. This suggests at that time it was one shop that included no.43. Street view between May 2009 and July 2016 shows Furness Building Society here that closed in early 2021. Mark Nield Wealth Management established in 2013 opened the office here mid 2021. Other businesses that Goggle with this address are Ken Atkinson & Co. and Akorn Associates Financial Management.
