Early/mid 19th century terraced houses, part of an important planned group of terraces and villas by Foulston and his pupil Wightwick on the Hoe, a scheme which placed Plymouth in the forefront of town planning in the early/mid C19. Listed Grade II. The remainder of the terrace destroyed during the blitz. The inscription indicates that at some point the building was the offices of Royal Exchange Assurance. No.24 now a nightclub.
