Originally built in the 15th century, most of the church was rebuilt in 1848 (spire in 1905); only the tower remains from the fifteenth-century building. Grade II* listed (List Entry Number: 1328673 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1328673 Historic England).
