From http://www.openchurchestrust.org.uk/Churches/Marldon.htm : "the barrel roof was restored in the 19th century, but retains the medieval character with bosses continuing the nature theme. Visitors with good sight should spot the Green Man. Some of the original roof timbers still remain". The Green Man is almost above the font, close to the west end of the church. But not a very foliate example.
