A pair of the classic cast-iron K6 phone kiosks, to a 1935 design by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, and once found all over the country. When BT started removing them in the 1980s, some of the survivors such as these were given Grade II listed protection, as they are considered a classic piece of street furniture.
