A little welcoming committee awaits my entry into their field; a very curious, excited and expectant section of a larger herd of bullocks. I knew these were to be a problem as one started galloping around this field as I made my way up the adjacent pasture, passing a more mature and therefore docile herd of bullocks. By the time I reached this gate the sold loony had recruited a few close mates to inspect this walker, this interloper, this possible source of food or free entertainment... I could see that they were not aggressive, frightened or over-excited so within a second or two of this shot I was swinging my leg over their gate and negotiating my way through their field with a jostling, curious and cheerful band of half-ton bullocks at my heels....a situation I have been in since the age of around 7 years many, many times....
