Old barn at East Farm, Medomsley

Medomsley was a medieval village, and there may have been a farmstead on this site from those times. However nothing remains from then. These old buildings are probably early or mid 19th century. The building on the right was perhaps a barn with a hayloft over. The doorway at first floor level would have been a loading door. All these buildings have now been converted to residential.
