Small garden on Spring Hill, originally created in 1997 and redesigned in 2018. The garden has a musical theme, with the sculpture on the left (see Image for a close up) and a mosaic on the far right commemorating Jim "Skimbo" White, leader of the Ventnor Comic Jazz Band from the 1950s until shortly before his death in 2004 (see Image for a close up).
