There are many of these signs around St Matthew's Gardens. Central Ticketing's methods have attracted some comment, as here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/parking-traffic-offences/103287-central-ticketing-anyone-heard.html . The enforceability of their "contracts" does not seem to have been tested in court.
