Built as the Skin Hospital in 1887 by James & Lister Lea. An original Queen Anne design with the facade repeatedly stepping back and an unusual cupola. Grade II listed. The hospital services relocated in the 1980s, and while it looks in reasonable condition it's not clear whether this building is currently used for anything.
