Quite a turn-up just off the orbital road. Built in 1601 for Ambrose and Bridget Rotton whose initials adorn the porch. "A timber-framed farmhouse in the West Midlands tradition, with characteristic decorative framing". Some details are early C19th, and it was restored in the 1950s. Grade II* listed. It is now used by Age UK Birmingham.
