A Marston's house, dating mainly from the late 18th century and parts from the 19th century. The left-hand bay is a late 19th century shop front, with two bow windows flanking a central doorway with traceried fanlight. There are two bars and a small outdoor area. The building is Grade II listed and was at one time known as The Wheatsheaf Inn. The outbuildings include former brewhouses.
