A large site at the corner of High Street and Colville Road (right) has been cleared and is being redeveloped as a joint venture by Cambridge City Council and Investment Partnerships. Higher-density affordable housing and some shops will be built. The flats and shops which stood on the corner are shown in Image] (2021).
