Clevedon has a Victorian hall close to the seafront, designed by architect Hans Price - he also drew up plans for lots of Somerset's coastal towns. The Grade II Town Market Hall had been converted for use as a gym and café in the recent past before being changed into office space. However, the Covid pandemic has caused a slump in demand for offices and so there are now plans being discussed to convert it into residential flats. See Image] for a closer look.
