Category B. Listing reference LB28370. Early 19th century. 3-storey (4 storey to outer left) 8-bay plain classical tenement. Droved ashlar with polished dressings. Base course; dividing band between basement and ground and between ground and 1st floors; cill course to 1st floor; cornice and blocking course to eaves. Ground floor windows and doors in rectangular recesses. Regularly fenestrated; timber panelled doors with rectangular fanlights in 3rd bays from right and left.
