Network Rail's 950001 heads south along the East Coast Mainline on the 0402 Darlington Up Sorting Sidings to Doncaster West Yard (2Q08). The train has travelled from Darlington to Newcastle, Sunderland and South Hilton before reversing back to Newcastle. From there it headed to Durham then Hartlepool and reversing at Hartlepool to head to Darlington then Bishop Auckland before reversing again through Darlington and Eaglescliffe before heading through Northallerton to York.
