Situated on a path leading from Spar Lane, Illogan to the back of a small estate of houses on the Illogan Downs road. Coffen type stile of five granite slabs. Good condition. Coffen stile – a stile built over a pit – like a granite cattle grid. Coffen is a Cornish word for a man-made hole in the ground. Public footpath 214/22/1 (gold).
