A pair of semi-detached houses built for John Swan, architect John Henry Cooper (c.1855-1910). Planning was approved in April 1886. The residential cul-de-Sac was laid out by Cooper in 1894-5 for John Swan of Stonefield House. Number 3 was converted to flats 2007.
