Grade II Listed late 18th century house thought to have been built c.1775. It was the manager's house of the Mill Street Tannery and as detailed on the plaque was the centre of a thriving tanning industry until 1884. Converted into two apartments and substantially extended in the same style late in the 20th century. Prior to 1985 it was the home of what is now Tudor Gate Surgery in Tudor Street.
