Two Places in one

The left hand side has the address Raglan Place, with its painted terrace dating from the early 19th century. The right hand side is Serene Place; the flint built house is The Serene House, dated 1603 but re-fronted in the 18th century. It is one of the oldest building in the town. Both groups are Listed Grade II as individual buildings.
